After ordering, you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation that also acts as your receipt.
With our commitment to quality, our policy is that all cancellations or changes must be received before the product ships in order to avoid penalty. Otherwise no refunds OR credits will be issued.
Some orders may take more processing time if additional information is needed from you. A follow-up email or a phone call will be made in those cases.
We ship via UPS Ground or USPS most commonly. UPS does not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays, so if you order late in the afternoon on a Friday, your order may not ship until the following Monday and three days will be added to your transit time. Orders generally arrive at locations in the continental US within 3 business days after the order has been shipped. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Although we do not require a signature upon delivery of your order, if no one is available to accept your package, the delivery driver may or may not choose to leave it at your door.
Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside of the contiguous US. Shipments may see an extended delay following a sale or other unexpected conditions, like COVID-19.
Signature Popcorn DOES NOT cover taxes, tariffs, customs or import fees on international packages.
We offer free shipping on orders $40+ in the United States (exclusions may apply).
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
There is an inherent risk of shipping chocolate covered popcorn in the heat and humidity especially during the summer months. While we do everything we can to protect the chocolate covered popcorn from melting, it is possible that it may. We pack each shipment with ice packs and cool shield bubble wrap to protect it the best we can. We reserve the right to hold shipments to shorten and improve the actual shipping time so your order doesn't sit in a warehouse over the weekend. For example, orders that are not going to arrive the next day may be held the following Monday to avoid the package being held in a shipping facility over the weekend. In most cases If your chocolate covered popcorn arrives melted in any way we suggest putting it in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes to re-harden the chocolate.
STORE PICKUP
Select local pickup from our Oldsmar, FL warehouse at checkout. Most items should be available for pickup within 72 hours after your order is placed. You will receive a notification phone call and/or email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification phone call and or text OR call and verify it is there ready for pickup before heading to the store.
Once ready for pickup, your order will be held for 30 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled, and your method of payment will be refunded. We will give you a reminder call before refunding. If you would like to request a 24-hour extension and pick up your order after the 30 days, please contact us before the order is refunded.
